House Rules - FAQ
1. NO SMOKING. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
2. A credit card number, address and phone number is required for reservations.
3. Cancelling a reservation requires at least 24 hours notice prior to expected arrival. Failure to comply will result in 100% of room fee charged to the card holder.
4. Cancelling reservations made 2 months (or more), prior to arrival requires a notice of 5 business days. Failure to comply will result in payment of 50% of room fee charged to the card holder.
5. Weekly or monthly rates are available. Rates will be determined by actual length of stay.
6. In case of deliberate damage and / or theft, the credit card holder will be charged accordingly. Please report any accidents to the front desk as soon as possible.
7. No cooking appliances are allowed in the rooms.
8. To help us maintain our clean homey atmosphere, we ask that you please remove mud, loose dirt or debris from boots and shoes.
9. Checkout time is at 11:00 am, unless other arrangements are made at the front desk.
