Renovations At The Atikokan Hotel: John, Stephanie and son Marc have made vast improvements throughout the hotel. Proprietor Stephanie Torbiak has always dreamed of a owning a boutique hotel and she has now come very close to achieving her dream. The hotel now has 16 rooms that are beautifully refurbished and six of the made over rooms have private bathrooms.

Welcome. Very reasonable rates. Food and lodging packages may be arranged. Ice-fishermen snag onto your very own guide well experienced along those lines, (must have their own equipment. Snowmobile on groomed trails through a northern winter wonderland from Atikokan to Minnesota to the Manitoba border. Down hill ski on Mt. Fairweather. A fair bit of challenge but not too dangerous.
